A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information. Shipping info may not be available on the weekends!
International orders can take up to 8-14 business days to receive.
We are not responsible for customs fees and other charges associated with international orders once items have been shipped. This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Royal Raine and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Royal Raine, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days.

If an order is returned to us from the postal service, we will have to charge a $10 re-shipping fee to re-ship the order. If you decide you would like to cancel the order, $10 will be deducted from the original price for shipping.
*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If an delivery attempt is made and you are not available, please report to your local Canada Post or USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, UNCLAIMED, INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to) OR STOLEN PACKAGES! Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Thank you for shopping at Royal Raine! The following is our return and exchange policy.
Returning
Returns must meet the following criteria in order to be considered:
- Royal Raine does not offer refunds. EXCHANGE ONLY. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
- If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email info@royalraine.ca within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
- Items are unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.
- The return must be processed within 14 days of the original order date.
- Items must be accompanied by a paper copy of the original invoice. This paper copy serves as your receipt.
- A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Royal Raine. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
- Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
- Items purchased under a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion are not eligible for exchange OR refund.
- All "Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All gift cards, cosmetics, jewelry, intimates (underwear and bras) and swimwear is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged
AfterPay
We are happy to provide various payments options for your convenience. One of our favorite payment options is Afterpay which is available for all orders of . If interested in using Afterpay, just select it at checkout then follow the screen prompts.
Afterpay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, interest-free payments. For example, if your total was $100, you would pay $25 today and then $25 every two weeks until your $100 purchase is paid off. Your order from Royal Raine will be processed and shipped as normal and in the normal frame of time.

Agreement Highlights
- The Installment Feature allows you to pay for your purchase via a down payment and 3 subsequent installments or via four installments as set out on your Payment Schedule.
- You must be over 18 years old and of the legal age of majority in your state of residence and be the authorized holder of an eligible US-issued debit or credit card to apply (see Section 9.1 for eligibility criteria).
- All orders are subject to approval – for example, if you have any overdue payments, the Installment Feature will not be available to you (see Section 7.1).
You can make repayments any time BEFORE the due date. Otherwise, payments will be attempted on the scheduled dates from your card pursuant to the payment authorization. If a payment is not successfully processed on or before the due date and remains outstanding for the applicable grace period, a late fee in the amount listed on your Payment Schedule may be applied (these fees are capped at 25% of the original order value). - The delivery/quality of goods and all refunds is the responsibility of the retailer where you make the purchase regardless of any subsequent assignment of this agreement.
- You are agreeing to resolve all disputes through BINDING ARBITRATION and WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO BRING A CLASS ACTION (see Section 12.4 on the Afterpay Purchase Payment Agreement page)
